Unable to find procedure Tab on Toad Edge (4313980)

Unable to find Procedure  in the TreeList in the Object Explorer in Toad Edge, for example like the image below :

STATUS

   This was happening on Toad Edge 2.0.7 and older versions.

WORKAROUND:

   This was fixed  on Toad Edge 2.0.8 and higher versions.   Make sure to create an Enterprise Database (EDB) Connection. instead of the regular PostgreSQL connection in order to have Procedures listed under Public Schema.
