How to disable the Lookup Search tab, when an error occurs in the SQL execution.

When an error occurs in the editor, Toad goes straight to the Lookup Search. How to disable this?
原因

'Do not prompt me again' box was checked, in the database error window' and then the 'Lookup Search' button was clicked. The Database Error window closes, but each subsequent execution error will now take the user immediately to the 'Lookup Search' tab.
対策
The only way to clear this behavior is to reset the 'Do not prompt me again' switch
1. Go to Tools | Options | Environment | Confirmations
2. Click the 'Reinstate all confirmation messages...' button *
3. The next time an error occurs, the user should only check the 'Do not prompt me again' box and close the Database Error window
* Note that step 2 will reinstate, throughout Toad, all the messages you have previously set to ignore.
