If possible, write the query as follows:

select count(*) as number,'hpn_excellus_ancillary_empire' as
table_name from

union all

select count(*) as number,'hpn_excellus_ancillary' as table_name
from pub_ehp.hpn_excellus_ancillary_exchange_data_hv
union all

select count(*) as number,'hpn_univera_ancillary' as table_name
from pub_ehp.hpn_univera_ancillary_exchange_data_hv
