FTP: Mismatched quotes on directory name "psfts.dev8.sqllib'/".(code=501) error

When using FTP, trying to connect to various libraries. ex. SQLLIB, JCLLIB, SQRSRC, user encounters the following error: "FTP: Mismatched quotes on directory name "psfts.dev8.sqllib'/".(code=501)"
Our current ftp program currently allows this format, so Toad may be a case of just incorrect syntax. If we could get this working, having TDA could also function as a replacement for Bluezone FTP.
