The Toad Development Suite for DB2 LUW 5.6 Installer does not contain the last version of TDM(Toad Data Modeler). It contains version 5.2 whereas the last Toad Data Modeler version is 5.3.

Toad Data Modeler 5.3 was released after the Toad Development Suite for DB2 LUW 5.6 bundle

Please download the last version of Toad Data Modeler from the SupportLink and install it. The installer can be found here.
