After migrating the workstations OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and re-installing TDM, "Model\Generate DDL Script\Run" and "Model\Generate Report\Run" do not work.
At this moment it is not possible to generate the DDL scripts and the DB reports for the new projects databases.
