'Import from Excel' does not apply the changes made in the import file

Model information was exported using File | Export. After having made changes, to the Excel file, the subsequent File | Import | Import from Excel seems to complete OK, but no changes have been made to the model.
原因
Export had been made to a .csv file and then opened and saved in Excel. The format of the saved excel file doesn't match the expected format of an import Excel file.
対策
Ensure that the import file format is the same as the original export file format.
