The Session Waits page shows the amount of time a session spent waiting for resources to become available.
When an Oracle session needs a resource that is not available or performs disk I/O, Oracle records the type and duration of the wait.
To open the Session Waits page
Select the Spotlight on Oracle connection in the Spotlight Browser.
Click Top Sessions Page.
Note: Alternatively, you can view session waits for top sessions by I/O Time on the IO | Session Waits Page.
