In the navigation tree on the left, select permissions. |

Click the + Icon to add a new role group. |

In the New Role Group dialog, enter the name for your new role group such as Impersonation for Office 365. |

Under the Roles heading, click the + Icon to add a role. |

Select ApplicationImpersonation from the list of roles |

On the New Role Group dialog, under the Members heading, click the + icon to add a new member. |
