Objects show as locked in STAT, but appear READ only in PeopleSoft.

If locking any object in Stat those will be in READ only mode from Application Designer showing a popup error saying "“you are not authorized to update the Object”.
原因
In Application Designer the Admin needs to have the Change Control lock unchecked under Security.
対策
When working with Stat, if you configure it for Physical Locking then the PS Admin has to uncheck the Change Control under Security.
