The following error occur when trying to create an archive set:
Error creating SQL: Connection is null.
Stat for Peoplesoft:
1. Go to Maintenance | General | Peoplesoft connect | hold down the ctrl key + at least two dbs (include one that is not working) and click the test connect button. Stat will then test connect the pb client as well as the stat central agent. Most likely the hostname, service name and db listener port are correct
2. Bring up command prompt and type in tnsping enter_db_alias and now compare the hostname, db listener port and service name with Stat
Stat for Oracle Ebusiness:
1. Go to Maintenance | General | Oracle Apps connect | hold down the ctrl key + at least two dbs (include one that is not working) and click the test connect button. Stat will then test connect the pb client as well as the stat central agent. Most likely the hostname, service name and db listener port are correct
2. Bring up command prompt and type in tnsping enter_db_alias and now compare the hostname, db listener port and service name with Stat
