How can I exclude a file system from the Least Space component on the Spotlight on Unix home page?
Background:
On HP-UX is an default file system /devFS which is always 100% filled. It is a small file system for supporting USB device
As this file system is always full the component Least Space is always red. The real and important file systems are considered anymore and I wont get an alarm if one of those run out of space.
Currently it is not possible to exclude file systems from the Least Space component.
WORKAROUND:
As a workaround you can disable the /devFS file system and if you will plug in a USB device you can re-enable it.
Another option is to define the file system which should be considered here. How to do it?
- Right click on the component Least Space
- Choose Disk Options
- Mark Display Following File system and choose the file system you need.
