Error when adding a replacement Diagnostic Server to a federation - 'The Diagnostic Server on SERVER_NAME is already a member of another Federation. It must be removed from that Federation before being added to this one.'

After creating a new Diagnostic Server (DS) where the original DS was part of a federation, if you install it on a new server and copy the Agent folder from the original DS to the new DS, when trying to add the new DS to the existing federation, the following error shows:
'The Diagnostic Server on SERVER_NAME is already a member of another Federation. It must be removed from that Federation before being added to this one.'
The original DS was called, for example 'SERVER1', and the new DS is called SERVER2.
対策
Please move the file {DS install dir}\agent\conf\Service\federationservice.xml to another directory on the new host and then restart the Spotlight Diagnostic Server Service.
