Integration between Spotlight on SQL Server connection tags and PagerDuty

PagerDuty can run rules on incoming messages, i.e. from Spotlight
Would it be possible if Spotlight could send the tags that are assigned to a connection?
They could then be used to route the incident to the correct service in PagerDuty. If the tags could go into an existing field on the PagerDuty message, that would be good as you can create rules based on the incoming fields.
