When trying to view the properties of copied files and folders the following is shown even though the account has full rights:
"You must have Read permissions to view the properties of this object. Click Advanced to continue"
This is a Windows issue not a Secure Copy issue as the permissions were copied. UAC needs to be completely disabled using the Registry:
