Getting "Access is denied" error when connecting to remote Hyper-V host from the infrastructure recovery project template (4380439)

When connecting to a remote Hyper-V server from the infrastructure recovery project template the following "Access is denied" message pop-up by hovering the mouse over the yellow triangle (warning icon):

The following error messages can be seen from the Console.log file:

Missing permissions or PSRemoting (Remote PowerShell) is disabled

Specify the username and password of the account that will be used to access the Hyper-V host. This account must have the following permissions:

• Be a member of the local Administrators group on the target Hyper-V® host
• Be able to access admin$ share on the target Hyper-V® host
• Be a member of the Hyper-V® Administrators group

Recovery Manager for Active Directory also requires PowerShell Remoting (PSRemoting) to be enabled for remote management of the Hyper-V server. The required permissions must be configured for users that are used to access the Hyper-V host, especially when the host is outside the domain where the Forest Recovery Console is running. To enable this, the following cmdlet must be run using an elevated PowerShell prompt on the target Hyper-V server:

Enable-PSRemoting -Force
