A customer using Quest On Demand requires access to Quest’s SOC 2 Type II Report and ISO/IEC 27001 Certification for compliance validation. The customer needs guidance on how to obtain these documents.
Security and compliance documentation such as SOC reports and ISO certifications are not directly accessible from the product interface and must be requested through Quest's dedicated security documentation process.
To obtain Quest’s SOC 2 Type II report, ISO/IEC 27001 certification, or any other security-related documents (such as penetration test reports), follow these steps:
Send an email to: RFI@quest.com
Include the following information in your request:
Company name
Contact email address
Specific document(s) requested (e.g., SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001)
NDA Requirement:
If there is no non-disclosure agreement (NDA) already on file, the contact listed in the request will receive a mutual NDA to sign and return.
Once the NDA is signed, the requested documents will be shared.
If an NDA already exists, this requirement will be waived.
