Customized template makes ODMAD to modify attribute that is not allowed to be modified.
There's no one size fits all solution as this error usually means that template was modified is such a way that forces ODMAD to change an attribute, that cannot be modified manually. Please review the workflow's changelog for any attributes that should not be included for LDAP Add/Modify commands.
