How to Create and Match Accounts from ODM Accounts

Once a Discovery has completed from the On Demand Migration (ODM) Accounts workload the next step will be to either create the accounts in the target or match to existing target accounts. Prior to creating and matching, configure connections and a discovery should be configured and run.
Select the checkbox for the account(s) to be created
Click MIGRATE to open the migration task creation wizard
Choose the custom target domain name from the drop menu or leave as the default selection
Select the Preferred Data Location (PDL) if migrating into a multi-geo tenant
Click Next
Set the Custom source domain for routing
The source object's primary SMTP address will be used as the forwarding address for the mail enabled user created by this task. Optionally, you can select the custom SMTP domain here that will be used as the forwarding address.
Click Next
Choose whether to Send the invitation email or not
Select this option to send an invitation email to migrated guest users. Guest users can either accept the invitation or authenticate with Microsoft to access secured applications.
If this option is not selected, guest users must authenticate with Microsoft to access secured applications.
Click Next
Choose whether to send a notification email once the task completes or only in the case of task failure
Click Next
Choose to run the task now, later or at a scheduled time
Click Next
Provide name for the task (it is recommended to give the name something unique and meaningful to the task)
