What is the Minimum License requirement for Admin/Service Account?
Does it require License to be assigned to Admin/Service Account? -

Microsoft Enterprise E3 is a minimum requirement for Admin/Service account.
Refer to our Official Documentation here.
Under Section "Product Licensing" with "IMPORTANT: Your Azure subscription must have an E3 or E5 enterprise plan. For more information see Microsoft 365 Enterprise plans."
