How to perform Domain Rewrite actions to the newly created wave?

The new migration wave was created for Domain Rewrite, but the only action it allowing in Migration Waves, is a Match
Is there a way to perform other rewrite actions to waves?

It is possible to perform other actions to waves other than Match. To do that, switch to Users+Mailboxes tab and click on Filter button: All created waves' names should be listed there under the Waves section.
