When I run the device agent install on some devices I receive the follow error: Action start 7:46:33: InstallFinalize. Error 2503. Called RunScript when not marked in progress. MSI (s) (0C:24) [07:46:57:638]: Product: Binary Tree® Power365® Migration for Active Directory Agent -- Error 2503. Called RunScript when not marked in progress.
Action ended 7:46:57: InstallFinalize. Return value 3. Error 2502. Called InstallFinalize when no install in progress. MSI (s) (0C:24) [07:47:26:227]: Product: Binary Tree® Power365® Migration for Active Directory Agent -- Error 2502. Called InstallFinalize when no install in progress.
原因
Insufficient privileges to install the agent
対策
When installing the agent, right-click and select Run as Administrator. The agent installation will successfully start. If this fails, contact Microsoft for assistance.
