The product team logged the enhancement request ID
516074 to look for improvements in the CA/ODA integration when the coordinator server is behind a proxy server.
WORKAROUND:
Option 1 (machine-wide)
- Configure the Internet Explorer Proxy Settings for the signed-in user.
- Export the following registry key:
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections\
- Edit the exported file above. Replace HKEY_CURRENT_USER with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
- Import the file
- Browse to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
- Add a new dword 32-bit entry - Name: ProxySettingsPerUser Value: 0 (this configures the machine to use the machine-wide proxy settings.
- Reboot.
Option 2 (import for Local system which the coordinator runs under instead)
- Configure the Internet Explorer Proxy Settings for the signed-in user.
- Export the following registry key:
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections\
- Edit the exported file above. Replace HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ with HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\
- Import the file.
- Reboot.
