対策
We can see that the filer NDMP channel had closed unexpectedly and therefore the data couldn’t be transferred to the tape library i.e. is an external issue outside of NetVault. Unfortunately the current NDMP setup is not supported at the moment i.e. the Isilon Filer with the OneFS v7.0.2.1 Operating System installed. As you can see from the NAS and NDMP Compatibility Guide on the following link under the Documentation tab, that we only support up to OneFS6.x at the moment:
https://support.quest.com/NetVault Backup
We will be working on an NDMP Plugin release that hopefully will support OneFS 7.x in the near future, but cannot guarantee the time unfortunately. Once the new version of the NDMP Plugin has been released, please check the Release Notes to make sure that OneFS 7.x is supported. Then remove the NDMP Clients, uninstall the NDMP Plugin and any NDMP Patch, restart the NetVault Services, install the latest the NDMP Plugin, setup the NDMP Clients and lastly remove and re-add any NDMP Attached Tape Library.
