The notes.ini does not appear to be complete
説明

When attempting to install Migrator for Notes to SharePoint (MNSP) the following error causes the installation to be incomplete.
We found a Notes configuration file at C:\Porogram Files (x86)\IBM\Notes\notes.ini
but it does not appear to be complete. You may need to run your Notes first-time setup.
原因
1. The Notes client had not been configured prior to installing MNSP
2. The Notes client installation is corrupt
対策
1. Open the Notes client and complete the configuration
2. Re-install the Notes client, complete the configuration and attempt to install MNSP
