Setting up MNE against a new 365 tenant and trying to migrate test mailboxes, we keep getting MAPI error 8004011D in the logs.
Although the 365 Admin account has global admin, app impersonation and org management rights, it still fails.
This could still be an issue with permissions.
Regarding the permissions issues, with Office 365 there is always the possibility of propagation delays, so please run these cmdlets on your MNE server, connecting to Office 365 with Powershell :
Get-Mailbox -ResultSize unlimited | Add-MailboxPermission -User "migration-admin-account" -AccessRights FullAccess -InheritanceType All
Get-mailboxdatabase | add-adpermission -user "migration-admin-account" -extendedrights receive-as
Add-MNEMailboxAdminPermission -CollectionName "All Users"
