When performing the migration of a mailbox from Notes to Exchange with Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange 4.1.5.39 or earlier, a "Mailbox access test message" is created and placed in the "Deleted Items" folder of the Exchange Mailbox.
Is there a setting that prevents Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange from creating that message?
This message is created during a bulk migration to inform the user that Notes Migrator for Exchange has accessed the mailbox to migrate data.
STATUS
A setting for preventing that message from being created is not available in the current version of Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange. Enhancement request ST# 61312 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange.
WORKAROUND
The Self Service Desktop Migrator (SSDM) does not create a "Mailbox access test message". It can be used to migrate a single mailbox.
