When attempting to send send an email via subscriptions user may receive the following error:
"A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated"
This message can mean that the security settings of Internet Explorer are set to high or the Messagestats Reports website has not been added to the "Trusted sites"
Open Internet Explorer
Tools - Internet Options - Security Tab
Trusted Sites - Add - http://<<SERVERNAME>>/MessageStatsReports/WebReport.asp where SERVERNAME = Server where Messagestats web reports are installed.
