In order for the agent to work properly on Linux, the following dependencies are required:
- Make sure the Operating System(OS) is listed as supported as per the system requirements
- root access must be enabled and have an appropriate password set
- Default packages that are normally already installed:
- bash
- Net-tools
- coreutils
- /usr/bin/lpstat
- /usr/bin/perl
- /usr/sbin/dmidecode
- pciutils
- psmisc
- cups-client
- libxslt-tools (SUSE)
- rpm packages (RHEL|SUSE)

The Agent is installed in the following directories, make sure they are whitelisted from any Antivirus/malware software.
