How to determine license consumption in On Demand Migration (ODM). -
対策
License Status
There are three possible statuses for the ODM licenses:
Status Description Ability to re-assign license? Available License is available for object match. License is already available for use. Reserved License has been reserved by a user object "Match" operation. License can be revoked by clearing the existing object match. A new object can then be matched in its place. Consumed An object with a "Reserved" license has been migrated, therefore the license has been consumed. License has been consumed and cannot be re-used. Reserved Licenses
To determine which objects are reserving licenses, you can use the "Reserved by matches" report available in ODM. Follow these steps:
- Open ODM Accounts.
- Click the Assessment button.
- Click the Reserved by matches link.
Note: You can only match objects with enough available licenses. If an object is reserving a license but no migration task has been run against it, you can reclaim the license by selecting the object(s) and choosing Match > Match Selected > Clear existing matches.
Consumed Licenses
To determine the number of consumed licenses, go to the Accounts tab and select the "ODM Licensed: Yes" filter, as shown in the screenshot below.
Note: Consumed licenses are not able to be reclaimed
