How do you clear the ESSO client cache?.
Support will suggest clearing the cache for troubleshooting purposes only, and the process is only required in those instances.
The cache contents are refreshed/updated on a regular basis according to the options defined via the ESSO Console by an administrator. There is no reason to manually clear the client cache other than when Support suggests to do so.
