Receiving the following error when trying to launch ESSO Console on an ESSO Controller:
"This operation cannot be done offline.
Error code: 0x81013106"
CAUSE 1: Mode is set to 1 on the controller, which means "client".
CAUSE 2: The value of the client registry key “ManageAccessPoint” does not match that of the Controller.
RESOLUTION 1:
Confirm the value of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Enatel\WiseGuard\FrameWork\Config\Mode
2 = Controller
1 = Client
Check for the following in the WGSS log file:
Authenticate failed: 0x81014000
*************************************************************************
* WARNING: E-SSO Controller returned: FMK_E_REQUEST_INVALID *
Check if the host SERVER.domain.com is a controller (HKLM\Software\Enatel\WiseGuard\Framework\Config\Mode = 2)
If it should be a controller, change the registry value to 2
If it should not be a controller, remove this value from the enatelServers attribute of the enatelConfigData (IAMConfig) object

(The IAMConfig object is located under CN=IAM,CN=Program Data,DC=domain,DC=com.)
Change the value to '2' for a controller. Delete any cache files and restart the service. Logon to console should now succeed.

RESOLUTION 2:
Confirm the value of “HKEY_LOCAL_MAHINE\Software\Enatel\WiseGuard\FrameWork\Config\ManageAccessPoints” on the client is the same as the DWORD value of the controller.
If the setting on the Client Workstation is not the same as the value on the controller, update the Client value and restart the workstation before trying to launch the application again.
When checking the WGSS log file the following error is found:
Authenticate failed: 0x82001004

1) Check the client and controller 'ManageAccessPoint' parameter
(must be the same value)
2) Check if the computer GUID xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
exists in the directory
