64 bit version of Toad Data Point cannot be installed on Windows 10.
Getting the error "Error 1925. You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as administrator and then retry this installation."
User installing Toad is an admin user.
32bit version can be installed without issues.
There was another administrator profile on the computer.
The steps below solved the problem in this case:
1.Log off Windows
2.Log in as the Administrator user .In this case it was possible to logging without password.
3.Install Toad Data Point from there.
