In order to configure the Schema Browser to automatically open or start when you launch Toad for Oracle, take the following steps
1. From the Toad for Oracle main menu
2. Go to View | Toad Options | Windows | Behavior
3. From the Window column, scroll down until you find the row of the Schema Browser, Session Browser, or any other available Toad windows.
4. Then check mark the box in the Auto Open column
5. Then click on Apply, click on Ok and restart Toad for Oracle
