説明

After creating a new Active Directory (AD) agent, data collection fails. When looking at the agent logs, the following can be seen:
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.SSS ERROR [FglAM:IncomingMessage[5]-62] com.quest.agent.service.ldap.LDAPEndPoint - Credential LDAP connectivity test failed: UPN: user@host.com, error message: javax.naming.AuthenticationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 8 - 00002028: LdapErr: DSID-0C090257, comment: The server requires binds to turn on integrity checking if SSL\TLS are not already active on the connection, data 0, v2580
対策
Please carry out the following steps to help resolve this issue:
1. Go to "Administration | Agents | Agent Status"
2. Select the problematic ActiveDirectory agent
3. Click "Edit Properties"
4. Within the Active Directory agent properties, set "Enable SSL for LDAP" to True.
5. Save the changes
6. Deactivate the agent and wait for the deactivation to complete
7. Once step 6 is complete, Activate the agent
Once the above is set, the agent should start to collect data as expected.
