Issue
Exchange Pro current migration job status fails to be updated upon going into “submitted” state, thus causing other jobs to be backed-up. Exchange Pro will not submit newer migration jobs unless previous migration jobs status changes into “completed” state.
Cause
This issue can be caused by Exchange Pro querying for Job updates too frequently and synchronizing more often, thus consuming too many resources and perhaps throttling PowerShell.
Solution
1. Proceed to Exchange Pro Settings Tab Activities:
2. Here you can modify the following:
a. Populate New Forest
b. Update Forest
c. Update Mailbox Statistics
d. Submit Mailbox Jobs
e. Update Mailbox Jobs
f. Resume Mailbox Jobs
Note: You can increment the default values gradually and then re-examine the behavior.
3. Save the configuration file and restart the Binary Tree Exchange Pro MCP service
4. Give this adjustment 15mins to half an hour and you should start seeing the migration jobs being updated accordingly.
