この技術情報は Change Auditor エージェント コンポーネントと監視対象プロセスをウイルス対策ソフトウェア等から除外するガイドラインになります。 -
原因
ウイルス対策ソフトウェアなどのフィルタードライバーが原因で、Change Auditor が正しく機能しなかったり、予期しない結果が生じたりする可能性があります。このため、それらのソフトウェアで監視対象から除外することをお勧めします。 -
対策
Questでは、ウイルス対策を無効にするか、「バッファオーバーランの防止や保護」 または 「オンアクセス スキャナー」 と同様のテクノロジーを使用するウイルス対策ソフトウェア等から、次の Change Auditor コンポーネントと Agent 対象プロセスを除外することをお勧めします。この場合、後述の 「対象フォルダー」 の項目を除外設定ください。
除外設定をするソフトウェアがフォルダー指定ではなく直接ファイルパスを指定して除外する必要がある場合、 「対象ファイルのパス」 のファイルを除外ください。
