1) Right click on the menu bar and select Customize (at the bottom of the list).
2) In the Commands tab, highlight Tools on the left side and find Database Explorer on the right side.
3) Drag Database Explorer into the View menu on the menu bar and drop it where you want it in the list.
4) Click Close.
