How to save or keep open tabs i.e. Editor Tabs when TDP is restarted?

In previous versions, the tabs/sessions would be saved so when TDP is relaunched, the tabs would load automatically. How to save or keep open tabs i.e. Editor Tabs when TDP is restarted?
原因
This is an issue with TDP 4.3. TDP 5.0 does not have this issue.
対策
The setting is located in the Tools Menu | Options | Desktops | 'Desktop Configuration Settings:' | check-mark 'Open Documents' (right panel). Do this on the desktop configuration or style you are currently using (left panel).
追加情報
The above mentioned setting stopped working on TDP 4.3, but it works fine on TDP 5.0.
