Error: "Error loading library " when Reverse Engineer Firebird database? (4243426)

I am evaluating TDM and want to reverse engineer a Firebird database. I use the native connection, and the db server is on localhost. Every time I want to open the database I get the following error:

"Error loading library "

1. For Native connection method - the "fbclient.dll" library has to be used. Please find the file and copy it into C:/Windows/System32 folder or a folder where Toad Data Modeler is installed, Bin folder, e.g. Eg. C:/Program Files/Quest Software/Toad Data Modeler/bin.

Please go to the BIN directory where Firebird is installed and run the "instclient.exe i gds32" there. Here's an example, in our case, we click the Start | RUN, and type the following to the OPEN text field:

"C:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_1_5\bin\instclient.exe" i gds32.
