Manually delete the database entries from the config.xml.
You can find config.xml under: c:\users\<user account>\appdata\loca\quest software\backup reporter.
In the XML file, under <dblist> delete the <database> node for the PROD target.
To delete all the databases, make sure sure <dblist> is empty (no children)
