When accessing the Desktop Authority console the page "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" is displayed. In the address bar "res://ieframe.dll/" is shown.
原因
This can be caused by Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.
対策
Disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.
