VM restore fails immediately with error "No task was created"
説明
Restoring a virtual machine from the repository fails with the following message:
"No task was created"
The ESXi root credentials are added to the ESXi hosts and vCenter is added with an administrative account.
All ESXi hosts involved in the operation are managed by a vCenter.
The restore job fails immediately after running it.
原因
The root ESXi credentials conflict with the vCenter administrative account when retrieving information from the host and while creating the virtual machine.
対策
Please remove the ESXi root credentials from the host, by right-clicking the host and clicking "Remove Credentials". Once all the root credentials have been removed, please restart vRanger service.
