• 説明

  When trying to install the AppAssure CentOS / Red Hat Linux agent, you may get the following error:

  Error upon execution: Error: distribution mismatch: expected 'rhel6', found 'rhel'

• 原因

  This is caused due to running the AppAssure installer on a non-supported Linux distribution. Example CentOS / Red Hat 5 or Oracle Linux as of the time of this KB article.

• 対策

  Upgrade your OS distribution to a supported Linux distribution which can be found in the release notes of every release.
