Workaround:
Use NetVault Configurator to determine what the servers NetVault Machine name is from the Machine tab.
On the Service tab click Stop service.
Edit the clientlist.txt and place the servers Machine name as the first line in the file.
Start the NetVault service.
The server should now be listed under Manage Clients.
