Virtual Appliance upgrade fails with "Permission to perform this operation was denied"

It is observed that an upgrade of Virtual Appliance fails with "Error: Clean up complete. System restored after encountering error: Permission to perform this operation was denied"
原因
User credentialing vCenter in vRanger Inventory, does not have sufficient permissions on the vCenter level.
対策
Assign permissions to the user credentialing vCenter as per the documentation states here
