To clear the patching results for a device record in the SMA the following actions are need to be performed at agent side and SMA side
After the device completes the inventory, the inventory record should be recreated and the Detect/Deploy Status should be blank, so new results will be populated at next patch job the device runs.
Note: Since this only deleting the inventory record for the device, Asset history record should be retained as the device will be writing over the same Asset Record previously associated, however by doing this steps other information linked to the device record such as Service Desk tickets might be lost.
