Authentication unsuccessful Errors during email sending test for "cloud" email services
説明

Customers with "cloud" based email services (i.e. O365, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are unable to receive email notifications.
The SMA is able to fetch the email and create the ticket using POP3 but unable to send the email notifications.
原因

Some special characters may not connect correctly to the cloud email services from the K1000 appliance.
We tested all the 7-bit special characters set that include the followings !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~
We notice the error only return for the quotation mark ("), the backslash (\) and the caret character (^).
対策

Exclude the following special characters from your password; the quotation mark ("), the backslash (\) and the caret character (^).
