Workaround:
- Copy the line below into Notepad (very important step) and then copy it from Notepad into Global Definitions or Profile Definitions.
- Replace the XXXXXXX with the name of the item to be unpinned.
- Save and Replicate.
- The next time Desktop Authority runs it should remove the shortcut.
