In order to correct the issue, insert the desired image into the signature block by using the “Insert Image” and selecting the ”link to image” option in the Microsoft Outlook Settings Object. In the Desktop Authority console please navigate to Profiles | User | the current profile | Microsoft Outlook Settings and select the element. Select “Edit” to modify the element and then select the “Signature” tab. Once the signature has been selected click “Edit Signature” then click the “Insert Image”. In the “Insert Image” dialogue box add the image using the URL option.
